Local Delivery

Local Calgary, AB delivery information:

Due to the cancellation of our delivery service and partner StoreToDoor, we will no longer be offering local delivery effective February 22nd.

We are greatly sorry for any inconvenience and will continue to look for alternative solutions! You can still shop with us in-store or place an order for pickup at your convenience, and we will still continue to offer Shipping Via Canada Post for online orders.

ID verification & underage ordering:

  • ID of RECIPIENT ONLY must be verified before order can be released.
  • If ID of recipient can not be verified or order is undeliverable, the order will be returned to Vaping The Way Riverbend for pickup.
  • Orders returned for pickup will be held for 72hrs before being refunded minus the delivery fee and a 20% restocking fee.
  • If you are underage, any items that are eligible for a refund will be done so minus a FIFTY PERCENT (50%) restocking fee, as well as delivery charges incurred for delivering the items to you, followed by termination of future service. This is absolutely non-negotiable. If you are underage, please do not order items, you will lose money doing so.

    Canada-wide shipping information:

    • Free regular shipping on orders over $75.00 across Canada. 
    • Shipping time will be from 2-11 days depending on the location.
    • PO BOX addresses shipped through Canada Post only.
    • Please allow for 1 business day to process online orders.

    In-store pick up information:

    • Online in-store orders are ready within 1 hour of placing an order during business hours, unless out of stock.
    • Please give the staff your name, ID & order number or show them your email confirmation.
